It's a problem which affects much people, including me: When you log in, the network-manager asks the password to automatic connect to the wireless network. This is nasty and slows down the procedure. And what if my mother uses the computer too, and she doesn't know the password? To remove the password request it's easy:
Just do right click on the Network Manager Applet (nm-applet)
And click on "Edit connections..."
In the windows that just appeared, move on the "Wireless" tab, click on the network you use and then click on "Edit.."

And there, tick "Available for all users"
And do click on "Apply". You'll see that it'll not ask you for the password anymore :)
